Digital Codes: When you go into your class on Brightspace, click your instructor's link. Students are automatically enrolled in Inclusive Access (IA) for all digital content and will be charged on their student account.  If you purchased your digital code through other means, you must opt out to avoid being charged for digital course materials. If you fail to opt out, the charge for the digital course material will be applied to your student account as a Prepaid Item. • USING FINANCIAL AID/PROGRAM/SCHOLARSHIP: You must have an ID CARD; your Financial Aid number is at the bottom of the ID CARD. 
• To get your student ID card, call Ext. 1411. 
• You can order your books and supplies with financial aid, scholarships, or programs at any time.

We will start processing Financial aid, scholarships, and program orders one week before classes start or when funds are released.

Orders will be processed in the order received with available funds.

How To Order Textbooks!

Under Categories, Click “Textbook Lookup”

1.    Click on your Academic Term (Ex: Summer 20XX / Fall 20XX). 

2.    Click your (two letter) Department of your course code

3.    Click your (three numbers) Course number

4.    Click your Section Number/Letter, two-digit number for example 01, 02, 03, or for online E1, E2 etc.

5.    Click on the material that you want to order

6.    Click Add/Update Items in Cart

You can click Continue Shopping, to look up your next book. Follow steps 1-6 again.

If you are using Financial Aid: You must have a RED College ID CARD. You will need to click payment option “Pay with Financial Aid Funds”. Your Financial Aid Funds ID: 6277 2203 **** ****

If you are using a type of “Program”: You will need to click payment option “Pay with Financial Aid Funds”, you can place your id number (000 number) in both spots, but you need to place a comment in the comment box as to what type of Program.
